Markets far from expiration have more time for the crowd to be wrong. The longer the runway, the higher this score. Normalized over 30 days.

High score = lots of time left for you to be right

Pedal 2 — Bid/ask spread

A wide bid/ask spread means market makers aren't confident either. Nobody has converged on the "right" price. Wide = uncertain = edge opportunity.

Pedal 3 — Distance from 50/50

Markets near 50¢ are in genuine uncertainty territory — the crowd is split. Markets near 0¢ or 100¢ mean high conviction. Near 50 = maximum mispricing potential.

SCORE INTERPRETATION

The score (0–100) represents estimated mispricing probability. It combines all 4 signal pedals, weighted by volume pro-rating.

70–100 2–3% POSITION

Strong mispricing signal. All 4 pedals are aligned. The market is thin, uncertain, and hasn't converged. Act with conviction.

60–69 1–2% POSITION

Solid signal. At least 3 pedals are firing. Worth a measured position. Watch for movers.

50–59 0.5–1% POSITION

Weak-to-moderate signal. Something's there but it's noisy. Small bet or watchlist only.

<50 WATCH

Market is fairly priced, already liquid, or closing soon. Not worth capital today. Keep an eye in case conditions change.

VOLUME WEIGHTING

Thin markets (under 500 contracts) get a 2× score boost — the crowd hasn't found them yet. Deep markets (over 100k) get a 0.25× dampen — the crowd has already corrected them. This is your thin-market alpha advantage.

SIGNAL knobWeights the 3 signal pedals (time, spread, baseline) relative to each other. Right = more weight to time decay. Left = more weight to spread.

DEPTH knobControls volume dampening. Right = thin markets get a bigger boost. Left = flattens the volume weight — treats all volumes equally.

TIME knobApplies a gain multiplier to the final score. Right = everything gets amplified. Left = everything gets compressed. Like a master volume.
